If you really need two double beds, I would think that on hotwire you could list 2 adults and 2 children and that's what you'd get. You may pay a bit more than putting two adults, but if you need two beds...

First time using HOTWIRE or Better Bidding. Listed as 3.5 stars in Midtown East at $127. I requested 2 adults, 2 kids. Amenities included: Restaurant (s), Business Center and Internet Access. Compares to ~$240 at the hotel site or Expedia. With tax etc my final bill is $161.19. With better bidding I was able to predict the Helmsely! I did use the BB HOTWIRE link! Thanks!!!
