IF $150 is too low, what should I bid for 2-1/2* in MTW and MTE or 3* in UMT?

HI, i am new for bidding. Please help on bidding for a 3* hotel in manhattan. Prefer to stay in MTW, MTE, or UMT-Central Park. Is the $150 per night possible? I would like to go lower but will no go higher than $150. Travel period is 10/11-10/13. Thanks!
