Need a cheap place to stay for the Michigan bar exam hotwire had a hotel that matched the criteria for this hotel for $44 a night so using that information i thought $35 was a good starting bid, turns out I probably could have gotten it for lower since I won on the first try.

Original started bidding for this hotel at $100 then went up by five dollars each bid until $170, I knew the outrigger was showing up on Hotwire for $185 so I gave $179 a shot on my last bid and won. Probably could have done better if I would have waited until closer to travel, but I'm really happy with the hotel and i stayed well within the budget.
