I actually had the same "issue" , I ended up looking into at a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal on Priceline, with the same amenities as the as the Country Inn & Suites & the other surrounding hotels in the same parking lot, I got it for $53 & it was the same exact hotel we were already staying in (Country Inn)

I forgot what all the amenities were But I narrowed it down to 3 locations based on *Free Breakfast 3* rating checked on Trip Advisor

Thank you sooooo much, I have been able to do this before, But this time it wasn't working But does Priceline change the star rating in different zones? B/c I could have sworn I have seen 3 & 31/2* hotels in those same areas before I will be sure to post my win when I book

I am looking to book Downtown Inner Harbor Sept 19th OR 20th to the 22nd (my arrival date may vary) I normally start my bid @ $50 for a 3 1/2* hotel But If I get turned down on my price, There seems to no other locations in other zones that only carry less that the 3 1/2* rating (Not sure if I am explaining myself correctly), And Yes I have read the info on rebidding, I actually was using Hotwire & Priceline b/4 I joined this forum & had been looking for hints, But I have not checked this page regularly in order to post

I am kinda good at reading reviews for hotels in order to figure out which hotel I will get when booking hotels downtown Baltimore, But right now I am not seeing ANY reviews at all Also does anyone think because the new Horseshoe Casino opening up Downtown Baltimore is the reason for the price hike in price in the hotwire search?

I have used the re-bidding technique in other states on Priceline, But since downtown Baltimore & other areas list the same *rating I am looking for (3* & up), How can I re-bid if my price gets rejected?
