Looking for a room on May 17th, 2008. Hotwire gives me a 2* option for $72, which lists the following amenities: Complementart Breakfast, High Speed Internet, Golf nearby.

Yes, this was my first bid. I think I started around 40, pushed up to 45 and won at 48. I restricted myself to the the Manchester sub-zone though.

-Total cost, incl. $11.68 in taxes and fees: $59.68

-Dates: 12/25/06 for 1 night

-It's a Marriott accomodation, close to the MHT airport.

Stayed there on 9/24 for one night - Hilton Alexandria (Mark Ctr)

3* in Alexandria (Old Town) - $66 (Was a Best Value buy at the time)

Hi everyone - Just wanted to let you know that I decided to go with Hotwire, and the hotel I got was the Hilton Alexandria (Mark Center).

It was very nice. I would highly recommend it. The staff was pretty clueless and generally incompetent (but nice enough), but the hotel itself is a great deal.

Any idea which hotels these may be?
