Was hoping for the Metropolitan or the Westin :( 

Got exactly what I was hoping for. Made the bid based on a few other forum posts here. While you cannot have your cake and eat it I was hoping to get free parking and wifi BUT its not the biggest issue as this hotel should prove to be great.

Kind of bummed at this win but a win is a win! Was hoping for something in North Vancouver (bid didn't stick) and chose this area in secondary hopes of the Shearton which seemed like near certainty (nothing is) based on others posts on BB.com. Anyway put in 3 bids before getting this at $95/night. Its a great location (i'm a local resident) and the decor looks ok but the hope is to get upgraded to a suite since we have our two young kids with us. Lets see what comes of it.

Bid for North Vancouver and Granville District - 4* - $95.

Won it however I am certain if i booked yesterday it was $10 cheaper. Good deal none the less.
