After bidding $65 for 4 star and 3.5 star in Princeton East and Princeton West, I lowered the bid down to $60 when I added the third star option.

Hope this helps someone. I had kept hoping to get Vdara at a lower price point, but it was seemingly unavailable. I am happy I didn't go down to 4 stars, thanks for the tip that there are no five stars in the Henderson area!

After trying bids in the 75/85 range in Union Square and Embarcadero (which had been successful for me in the past), I had to lower down to 3 stars and included Embarcadero, Union Square East and West, Marina/Lombard and Fisherman's Wharf. I hate staying in Fisherman's Wharf, but based on my experience it's seems like there is not a lot of availability this weekend, at least not enough to push prices super low.
