The dates are April 25 through 30 - I've been using Priceline for years and never had an issue until this trip. It seemed odd to me. I was bidding on hotels in Alexandria for a couple of weeks and I got as high as $125 with no results - then I went to Expedia and got one for $80 (for the same trip I'm still working on.)

I'm trying to book a rental from IAD in 3rd week of April from Wed a.m to next Monday p.m. - I've been trying for over a month. Both Hotwire and Priceline send me emails saying bookings have been gotten for $11.95 or $13 a day then when I got to bid all I get is weekly rates or pricing of $30 a day or higher. Getting frustrated! Any suggestions?
