Won several days ago for $50. There are not many choices around Erie lake, so the price is just not bad for me. However, it seems like that this hotel doesn't have a high customer reveiwing rating (only 6.6 on Priceline).... ....So, hope we would be fine there. (Use the PRICELINE link to bid this one).

I got this 3*Hotel for $55 on Hotwire. That's just a one night stay on my way back to PA from Washington DC, the price is just great for such a hotel with high customer review rating I think. Hope that would be my great choice ! (Use the HOTWIRE link to bid this one).

I bid this Hotel 2 days ago, I started at 80 and use the re-bid adding $5 each time and finally got this Holiday Inn Washington Central at $100 for 2 rooms 2 nights. (Sorry that I mis-entered 5/4-5/7 in the title, which should be 5/4-5/6) After reviewed the details on Priceline, I think this hotel is not so good basing on the review rates and no free breakfast provided (several 3* hotel in this area provide great breakfast buffet for free according to my experience). Is there anyone else lived in this Holiday Inn Washington Central before? Thanks ! However I am still satisfied with the location since I am travelling with my family. Used the BetterBidding PRICELINE link for my bidding.

I have tried to bid a better than or equal to 3* Hotel in Boston for several weeks. My aim locations were Boston Downtown areas such as Theater district, Quincy Market Financial, Aquarium and Back Bay since I am a foreign traveler with my family. Everytime I stopped at $150 for 3*, $170 for 3.5* and $200 for 4* for those Downtown areas. Maybe that's the busy season in boston during May? Today, after many many fails, I just want to try my luck in other areas. So I put $150 in Cambridge West - Harvard for 4*, and get the Hyatt Regency Cambridge at my 1st try ! The hotel seems located far from Boston downtown and with a high price? But I am still quiet satisfied with this result. Here are my other questions: 1. I will take a 2-day trip in Boston for Harvard University, Public Library, Quincy Market and maybe take the Duck Tour. Any other suggestions? 2. And basing on my trip above, should I rent a car (Travel with 5 people in total) or take the T ? I'm worried about how is the traffic and parking in Boston Downtown? I will be really appreciate if someone could answer my question. Thank you very much !

Hi guys, I just won a bid of 3.5 Star [DoubleTree Suites by Hilton NYC Times Square] in NYC - Time Square-Theatre District area for $155. I started at $130 and add $5 each time while adding areas (including CPS, ESB, MTE&W and Times Square), and succeed at $155. ( 2 Rooms for 3 Nights, so the Subtotal is $1133 within Tax) I am really satisfied with the location (since I am a foreign student here and will travel with my parents, it's easy to get on the Tour Bus in this area right?) but I'm still wondering how's the price for a 3.5* for this area & time? And if I bid too early? (for 4/29 - 5/2)

I just knew this website from my friend because I am an international student in US, and was planning for a short trip to Chicago. I bid 2 days ago started at $130 for Loop area, and succeed at my 1st bid. Since that's my 1st time here, I don't know if this price is higher than it should been for this area?
