On July 30th I tried 13-16, won $95 for 13-15 but not for 16th. Amenities were: pool, fitness center, free parking, free breakfast, free internet, business center, 9+ rating. PRICELINE EXPRESS deal was $115 at the time. Waited 2 hours tried $100, denied. Next day I tried $105, denied. So I waited until tonight to try again, there was no express deal, tried $100 and won right away. Very excited to finally stay in Presque Isle. We usually stay in Houlton at Ivey's, love that hotel, and drive up, but we're trying something different this year.

On July 30th I tried my target dates Aug 13-Aug 16 for a 2.5 star hotel in Presque Isle. Express deal was $97 for 13-14, $98 for 14-15, $115 15-16, at the time. Amenities were: pool, fitness center, free parking, free breakfast, free internet, business center, 9+ rating. 13-16 $85, denied changed dates to 13-14 $85 denied changed dates to 13-15 $90 denied waited the 2 hour window, tried 13-16 $95 denied changed dates 13-15 $95 won tried to add a day, denied and suggested $115 I eventually won that night for $100 when I tried tonight, so I will make a new post for that night by itself

Used quick quote PRICELINE link for Greenwich-Stamford area, 3.5*, 3/17-3/18. Won first bid for $50.

3* South Portland-Scarborough Maine for 3/10 to 3/12/12 = Doubletree By Hilton. I started my bid with the South Portland area for 3/10-3/11 at 3* and $45, rejected and asked to up my bid by $8-$13. I instead added the Biddeford-Saco area since it didn't have any 3* hotels and bid $50 and won. I was happy that we got the Doubletree being so close to the mall, so I added 3/11-3/12 as well at $50.

3.5* CT- Lower Fairfield County (Greenwich-Stamford) - $50 3/9-10/12 - Hyatt Regency Greenwich-Stamford. Won on the first bid. We love this hotel and have used priceline bidding to stay there twice before. This is the lowest we've ever tried and won.
