  1. Here is a little review (in list form) of the Hilton Garden Inn in Cincinnati Blue Ash. •Only a couple of minutes from 275 •Well staffed. •The décor in the lobby was really nice •The room was clean and well furnished •The lights were bright enough to do my makeup •Breakfast buffet with made to order items as well as oatmeal, cereal, fruit and pastries. It cost $9.95/person. We didn’t do this because our son was with us and this was a little steep for a kid who was only going to eat cereal. Might be a good deal for others. •I never did figure out the bed as it had an adjustment lever that makes your side of the bed (each side had one) go from firm to soft (I couldn’t tell the difference) •They had an inside pool and a hot tub that were well maintained •The parking was good and we didn’t have any issues with parking our car there •Free internet access I liked this hotel a lot. I would definitely stay here again and I would consider paying full price if I wasn’t able to get a good deal on PRICELINE.
  2. I just got back from staying at this hotel and here is my “Good” and “Not So Good” list for the Crowne Plaza Dublin. Good: -The room, lobby and halls were clean. -The staff were friendly and helpful. -They have a restaurant on site although I never saw it as it was on the other end of the hotel. -They had free coffee in the mornings. -We didn’t have any problems with our car in their parking lot. Not So Good: -The lighting in the room was a little dark for my liking but nothing I couldn't overcome :). It made putting on makeup a little challenging. -They had an inside pool that we went down to one night and it was too cold to be enjoyable. -The hotel is shaped almost like a pyramid. They have one set of elevators for 3 floors and 215 rooms. We had a little bit of a walk from our room to the elevators. Didn’t bother me but others might not like it. -The worst thing was the pillows. I know everyone has a different pillow preference but the ones I used were so uncomfortable to me that if I stayed here another time I would bring my own from home. Although the “Not So Good” list is longer than the “Good”…I would stay here again. For hotels, I’m most concerned with bed bugs and cleanliness. This hotel was clean and I had no issues with bugs.
  3. The Hilton Garden Inn is a new one for the Blue Ash area 3* list. Their site has the lowest booking for $109/night and I got it for $65. The Hilton Garden Inn looks like it gets good reviews so I am very happy. I used the betterbidding.com PRICELINE link to win my bid. Thank so much for a great site.
  4. Started at 45 and spent a couple of days working up until the winning bid of 64. The lowest room rate on their site is 115 so we saved almost 1/2.
  5. Tried $45, $50, $55 and then finally got it at $60. I was hoping for Hyatt Place but got Holiday Inn. I'm still pleased with the price though. Love this site! It is so helpful. I bid through the PRICELINE link here.
  6. Successful bid at $65 for a 3.5 star hotel in the Keystone Carmel zone for Friday, March 2 through Sunday, March 4, 2012. Taxes and fees are $30.14. Total for all is $160.14. I used the PRICELINE link off betterbidding.com. This site is extremely helpful. Thank you.
