Started at $75, added zone 3, 4, 8, 9, 10 increasing by $5 each time.

After trying 4.5 stars up to $150 with no luck, I dropped to 4* and my first offer $100 was accepted. Lots of areas in Philly to add when bidding, so do your research and start out low.

Started at $65, added Quakertown (no 3 stars) and went to $70, added Easton (also no 3 stars) and went to $75, added Dorneyville (also no 3 stars) at $78. Accepted. Read a post that recommended bidding at $5 less tha PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals, so that is why I went to $78

Tried $60 for 3-1/2 star property. Counter-offer came back at $71. Dropped to a 3* and $58 was accepted first try.

Tried from $105, added Airport, added Gateway, added Midtown jumping $10 each time. Advertised at $240 per night. I guess it is a good deal??

First try was $45 which was rejected. Added Jacksonville West (which has no 3 stars (very important to verify!!)) and upped to $50 which was accepted. Total for 3 rooms was $179.00 with taxes and fees. THANKS for the service. :P

Picked Richmond Downtown (Area 2) and West End (Area 8) with an initial bid of $70. That was rejected. Added Chester (Area 1) which does not have any 4 star properties and upped my bid to $75. This was accepted. Taxes and fees were $17.87

Started out at $90, rejected Added Aquadila Zone (as I was bidding on 4* and up) tried $110, rejected Added Caba Rojo Zone and tried at $125, rejected Added Dorado and tried $135 which was accepted. Very happy with this win, thanks very much for this board!!!! P.S. Be sure to carefully check that the zones you add DO NOT have the star ratings you desire. I wrote everything down, but still checked everytime as discussed in FAQ's

San Juan, PR 3/12/12 - 3/17/12 Looking to go the resort route and wondering what I should bid. My budget is around $150/night Also, it appears there is only one 4* on the Priceline list. If so, can I pretty much guarantee I will get that hotel if I bid for the 4*? Any ideas what I should bid for the La Concha? Thanks
