  1. I was going to book this PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for $165USD equivalent to $223CAD, but I ended up doing PRICELINE Name Your Price to see if I could get that same area for lower. I bid for 5* The Strip - Northeast with 12 rebids and ended up getting the Wynn for $214CAD/night so it did end up to be cheaper. Thank you!
  2. Hi AaronJB, Thanks for your help. We were aiming for Venetian or Palazzo because it's probably easier to fit 4 people due to the spaciousness of the suites. Is there any other deals you see for these dates? Yes, the correct travel dates are showing up after clicking the link.
  3. Hi there, I need help with an idea of which hotel it could be for the following Priceline Express deal for $165USD per night 5* Las Vegas The Strip - Northeast June 23-28 5 nights: The Strip - Northeast Rated 9.0 out of 10 (or higher) Business Center Restaurant Indoor or Outdoor Pool Casino Fitness Center No Smoking Rooms/Facilities I pasted the above using the BB BiddingHelper.com. Thank you!
  4. I wanted a 5* in any area on the strip except I avoided northwest because I didn't want the Trump hotel. I booked up in $1 increments from $80 until $92 because I had 16 rebids and was successful at $92CAD for 1 night at Vdara.
  5. I used the BiddingHelper.com and the amenities are: FULL AMENITIES: Free parking, Free Internet, Spa services, Resort, Pet friendly, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby, Tennis nearby, Kitchenette I'm now also wondering for this 5* Center Strip $164 USD for the same dates FULL AMENITIES: Free parking, Free Internet, Suite, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby, Spa services, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower
  6. Oops sorry it was $192 CAD but $144 USD if you can change the heading for me.
  7. Need help for Hotwire hotel June 16-20 Complimentary Free Internet, Free parking Amenities Fitness center, Pet friendly, Pool(s), Resort, Restaurant(s), Smoke-free rooms, Spa services Trip Advisor 4.5/5 (2001+ reviews) 90% recommended by Hotwire (2208 total reviews) Thank you!
  8. Hi,   I just wanted to share my win of $79 CAD per night for three nights for a total of $299 CAD with taxes and fees included.  I saved about $40 going through Hot.wire.com rather than booking this resort directly.   Amenities  Free parking, Free Internet, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services   Overall guest score: 4.5/5  Based on 5 reviews Overall guest review: 95% like it Based on 5 reviews Trip Advisor score: 4.5/5 Based on 1001-1500 reviews
  9. Here's the update on my win: I had a way better feeling that I would land the Venetian with the HOTWIRE $156/night but I decided to take a gamble on the PRICELINE EXPRESS $133/night due to the price. Factoring in that it had to be Wynn, Encore, Palazzo, or Venetian and that I would have been happy with any of those (because there was a casino in the guaranteed amenities - Trump has no casino) So I went with the PRICELINE EXPRESS and I landed the Venetian for $133/night. And my friend ended up booking two rooms right after me using this deal on priceline express. Since she booked her two rooms at the same time on the same booking, will her rooms most likely be side by side or joining? Thanks for all of your help, yellowdog!
  10. Hi Yellowdog, Thanks for your reply. What about the $133/night PRICELINE EXPRESS in my original post? What is your best guess for that one?
  11. I used the BIDDINGHELPER link, and the betterbidding links for PRICELINE and HOTWIRE. I'm trying to land the Palazzo as first choice and Venetian as second choice. If not, anything but the Trump in the Strip North would do. I was going to use PRICELINE NAME YOUR PRICE like I usually do, but I think it's too risky because I could end up landing the Trump (I usually bid 5* in the Strip South but now we would like to stay in the Strip North). What do you think? What are some strategies for bidding on Priceline Name Your Price in the Strip North? If you could please help me ID these hotels: PRICELINE EXPRESS: Strip North - $133/night Rated 8/10 Guest Favorite Guaranteed Amenities Indoor or Outdoor Pool Casino Restaurant Fitness Center Free Parking Business Center HOTWIRE: Strip North - $156/night 95% Recommended (582 Reviews), 4.5/5 Trip Advisor Rating FULL AMENITIES: Free parking, Free Internet, Resort, Suite, Casino, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Golf nearby, Tennis nearby, Spa services, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower Strip North - $195/night 95% Recommended (396 Reviews), 4.5/5 Trip Advisor Rating FULL AMENITIES: Free parking, Casino, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby, Tennis nearby, Spa services, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower Thank you!
  12. I used the PRICELINE link for dates 4/29-5/1 and was successful for $51 + $5 bonus cash = $ 56/night at Riverside Hotel on Las Olas Blvd in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. I was hoping for Hyatt Place in Dania Beach or Downtown... While I'm happy with the fact that it's downtown Fort Lauderdale, I'm very apprehensive with the reviews as it says for Priceline customers they are usually stuck in the 75 year old side with dingy, stinky beds... Ahhhh.. I bid dates 4/26-4/29 with no luck up to $75 but will try again closer to dates. Thanks for your help, I was very close to my max bid with the bonus cash.
  13. Hello again, yup per night bid amount before taxes and fees of $48, thanks for your help! I will definitely keep you updated if I end up with a win :)
  14. I clicked on the links before I replied and I will continue to use those links for my travel purchases, thanks. That's just the maximum I want to pay (with taxes and fees) $270 is my budget for hotel for 5 days in Fort Lauderdale, I just want to see if that's possible and I'm willing to bid up until that month so I hope it'll be okay. If not, I'm going to book a 2 - 2 1/2* but I guess I got $48 as my max bid by looking through all of the listed Fort Lauderdale bids here and the lowest was $42 a night
  15. Hi, sorry I forgot to use betterbidding links but I will when I get to rebid again. I'm trying to get a Fort Lauderdale 3* in either FLL Airport, Fort Lauderdale Downtown, Fort Lauderdale Beach. I used Fort Lauderdale Airport North as a rebid zone. I even tried breaking up the days a few times, but still no luck with a max bid of $48. I tried bidding $40 up to $48 for the past two days. A 3* on hotwire is $83 a night right now. Will I have any luck in the dates I'm trying to get a 3* hotel up to my max bid? I can patiently bid until April. I'm hoping to get Hyatt Place either Airport South or Downtown.
  16. I have been bidding all week from $9 bids up to my max bid of $11 with no luck. I received an email for up to $18 bonus cash and I failed because I thought it expires 01/31/2012 11:59PST but it was actually 11:59 EST! Still, now I finally won with my max bid of $11 with Hertz... too bad I didn't try starting at $9 again today but I'm happy with my win. Do you think it's a good win? $11 per day for 8 days $88+ $63.92 taxes and fees = $151.92
  17. Soooo happy.... got it for $70 USD. So sorry, please help me add (Downtown - Pike Place)
