Started at $150, used free rebids at $10 increments. This hotel was available for $269 on the hotel website, $199 on HOTWIRE, and $191 on PRICELINE EXPRESS deals. Used the BB PRICELINE link.

Hotwire options for this date came up with a 3*, a 2.5*, a 2* and a 1*. Since the BB hotel list says the 3* is Hilton Garden Inn and the 2.5* is Best Western Woodbury, I was surprised when I booked the 3* and got the Best Western. Looks like a nice hotel so I'm not disappointed, but the list should be updated. The amenities described were free parking, free breakfast, free internet, pet friendly, fitness, pool, business, high speed internet, golf. At bestwestern.com the lowest price was $160.

Wow. Didn't expect to get the exact hotel I wanted for $10 less than what I anticipated. First bid, $60. Rack rate $159. Next time start lower. Used the PRICELINE link - thanks for being a such a cool site!

Bid on this for weeks as high as $70 but unsuccessful. Bid again at last minute and got it for much less, on first try. Might have been able to bid lower, not sure.

Does anyone have a list of the hotels in Victoria, BC that are available through Hotwire?
