seems very likely to be TI. I was just looking at the same area and star level. If you click on that hotel, Hotwire will often list in a blue box near the top what hotel the previous winner received. It seems there are only two 4 star hotels in the north strip on hotwire. The 45% recommended option is SLS (I just won this bid yesterday).

Question from newbie -- is there any way to bid on this specific property on priceline? I'm familiar with the bid and re-bid process, but wonder if there's a way to identify which property will likely be selected before being locked into it. Also, if trip insurance is purchased through priceline, does this effectively make the reservation refundable? Thank you!
