My search for Waikoloa, HI condo hotels 1/25/12 - 1/30/12 yielded: 3.5* 1B suite, resort condo, full kitchen, daily housekeeping, W&D in room, free parking, 24hr front desk....I'm guessing this is Kings' Land by Hilton Grand Vacations 4* 1B suite, resort condo, oceanfront, complimentary breakfast, full kitchen, $40 resort fee, W&D in room, probably either the Castle Halii Kai which is preferred vs. Mauna Lani Terrace Condo Hotel.
