This is a question or rather an idea for a rebid????? Here is the example: I am bidding on resorts in the N.PHX zone. No 4*'s exsist in any of my free rebids. I first free rebid using resort and now can I rebid it as a 4*??? Also wherever there is a resort quality no 4*'s exsist. Can someone give me some advise? Also I hope this is posted in the correct spot! :) :) Thank you in advance!
