For PRICELINE, We would be willing to stay anywhere in SoHo Tribeca, Chelsea Village and Wall Street. Nothing on HOTWIRE meets our budget requirements. I have read the Priceline bidding explained post and that seems to be the best option. How do you recommend bidding based on our specifications?

We are looking for a 4* or better in the Tribeca/Soho area 4/6/12-4/8/12. Our budget is $110/night.
