While I used the Priceline link, I had forgotten to log-in and post the result earlier. Sorry about that. This was my first time using Priceline for a hotel outside the country. Saved about 48%. I read the hotel is a bit dated but the location is well worth it.

Using the PRICELINE link, was bidding on Downtown and Mall of America, added University and was immediately accepted at $68. Book rate is $270 per night during this time.

Originally bid at $71 and was declined. Rebid at $74 and was accepted. I used the PRICELINE link. Thanks.
