On the very far out-skirts of the chapel hill zone. 7.5 miles from where my family lives which is northeast of UNC, but that's not too far. I checked the sheraton website and it would've been $99 a night (extended stay) had i booked through them. Im happy with 53% off, especially cause there is a UNC/Duke Basketball game while I am there!
