We decided to offer offer $42, $43 and $45 per night. Managed to to win $45 per night at the Lynnwood Best Western. It seems the review on the Marriott Courtyard was better, but the Best Western has the continental breakfast. Trying to get 1 room at either the Marriot Courtyard or Best Western between $35 to $40 per night for Nov 24-26 . My wife wants do a little shopping in Seattle. I've stayed at Courtyard on the Labour Day long weekend for $35 per night. I've started around $35 and gone up to $42 per night by adding (Bothell, Lake Union, University). Are hotels busy during the Thanksgiving long weekend? Perhaps I should wait a little longer or closer to the target and just keep re-bidding. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

No, it was my second bid at $36. I've started with $32 and added Lake Union for my free bid. Never stayed at Marriott Courtyard. Stayed at the Bellevue Coast a few weeks ago and hoping it's comparable. Courtyard in Lynnwood is closer to the Premium Outlet in Marysville.
