It was listed at $102 four hours ago, then $100 when I booked, and now it's $107. I'll forgive Hotwire these sorts of quirks since Saturday night is currently $219 on Hyatt's own web site. I was so fixated on the Lorien once I saw the amenities list that I was surprised to see the Monaco. But in a good way - given that the latter has a pool and the former doesn't. Amenities listed: Boutique Hotel Smoke Free Rooms (this wasn't included on BB's main Hotwire list, but makes sense in retrospect - I think all Kimptons are SF) Fitness Center Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Worth noting that this originally came up on the results page @ $98/nt ("under $100 for a DC 4-star ... woo-hoo!"), but changed to $101/nt when I tried to book it. Looking forward to the stay this weekend.
