Hello! I am traveling with my wife and 2 little girls to KC for a kids music festival Mem day weekend. We are hoping to end up somewhere like Embassy Suites or Sheraton Suites (anything that would give us the extra room we need to have our 2 girls on the other side of the wall. I see a 3* at CC with fitness, pool, restaurant, hi-speed, and tennis for $65. If I knew this was Embassy Suites, I'd pull the trigger. Any helpful hints--either hotwire or priceline?

Howdy! My wife and I are spending two post-cruise nights in NYC September 22nd & 23rd. We'd like to stay in Manhattan, 4 stars or better, and so far there doesn't seem to be much discounting for these dates either on Priceline or Hotwire. We are going to at least one Broadway show, so proximity to there would be nice, but we're flexible otherwise. Are rates for this time frame likely to come down, or is this perhaps as good as it gets? I've bid up to $200 for 4*, unsuccessfully. If I'm patient and wait until August to book, will I be rewarded? Advice, please!
