  6. I love your site and you're always a great help. I ended up dropping my star level to 3 1/2 because I didn't want to go above $110 and don't think I would be able to get any 4* with that. I ended up getting the Crowne Plaza Downtown for $106, which is still a great rate since it's on MAPS and HOTELS.com for $200. Thanks for your insight. It was very helpful
  7. I've bid up to $92. I think I'll be willing to go to $100 before dropping down to 3 1/2 stars. Thanks for your advice.
  8. Hi there - I'm trying to get a 4* room in Downtown Denver for under $90/night, checking in 9/17 and out 9/20. I see that other posters are able to get it below $80 so maybe it's my dates. I've added Aurora, Littleton, Denver Airport, etc. Pretty much all the areas with no 4* hotels and gone in $2 increments from $76. Can you please help?
  9. I've gone up to $170. I've exhausted bidding for today but here's basically what I did: 4* Bev/Weho - $140, rejected Add Hollywood - $150 Add Culver City - $155, rejected Add USC - $160, rejected Add Lawndale - $170, rejected Le Sigh. Not sure if I really want to lower the star rating.
  10. Please help! I've been bidding for three days and gone up to $160.00 in $5 and $10 increments and everything's been rejected. I used to not include Hollywood but am now trying it since BevHill/WeHo hotels are not biting.
  11. Started with $45, SeaWorld - rejected Upped it to $50, added Universal Orlando zone (12). Accepted. The bad thing is now we want to stay another night (6/14) and they won't accept the same $50 bid. As always, used the PRICELINE link.
