I won this on my first attempt, starting at $100. This hotel doesn't get too many good reviews for their Priceline rooms, but that's the luck of the draw. We'll manage for only 2 nights post cruise. I used the betterbidding link to PRICELINE

I've been trying to bid for 3 star and up in Montreal for a couple of weeks with no luck. Started today with 3 star at $75 - rejected added Convention Center at $80 and won Residence Inn Montreal Downtown. It's only for one night but compared to the listed rates in Montreal at this time I think it's a bargain. Tonight I received an email from Priceline that they would add $5.00 to my bid. Westin Maui Resort and Spa - lowest rate on their website is $299 I'm happy - thanks for your advice.

Tried bidding again after 24 hours as you suggested but bids rejected again up to $135.00 Right now the Wailea Marriott has a limited time offer of $199, book 10/03 - 10/14, travel 10/03 - 12/21. Could this have any influence on the bidding price? Regular rate is $249. Thanks again.

Looking for bidding strategy for 4*/Resort in Wailea for 2 nights from 11/30 - 12/02. The current rate at Marriott Wailea is $199.00. Is this hotel considered a 4* or a Resort? Would like to keep the price around $150 or if bids fail would add Kaanapali as another option. Thank you for your assistance.
