  1. Took me a day but finally got this property and it looks like its a new property you guys previously did not have on the list.
  2. As much as a I tried pricelining someting closer to midtown its been pretty difficult for 2 months, so I settle for this hotel which is highly rated and recommended and overlooking the beautiful memorial in downtown. So I'm happy, definitely better than paying $50 less and staying in the upper west side and in a roach hotel.

  5. Thank you very much..I've been wondering if I should wait or not seeing some of the pricing people got last year for traveling around the same time. I'm thinking of trying again this weekend, or should I wait a few more weeks?
  6. Did that :) Any help is appreciated, please :P
  7. Oops, I didn't realize I booked this property with a different email address, here is the list: Resort Fitness CenterPool(s)Restaurant(s)Business Center Laundry Facilities (self-service)High-Speed Internet Access Tennis Nearby
  8. Am I forgotten :( Tried doing a plan over the weekend tried both on the island or Long Island City...in the city got up to $125 a night even on 3* and same goes for LIC up to $115 a night and nothing. I might wait a little before trying again, my theory is that its too far in advance for hotels to be desperate to priceline their rooms already.
  9. Ok done :) Any advice would be ideal. Oh and I'm looking for 3 or 3.5 star hotels or higher...and the LIC option would be more of a last ditch request if all else fails. And I'm trying to stay under $130 a night.
  10. Honestly can't remember the exact ammenitites applied to this property, but it was the same as the ones listed in the list.
  11. I've never been able to win a hotel stay in NYC through Priceline to this point, and have always to just book straight up. But I'm determined this time to get it. My questions, staying that early in the summer, rates right now seem to be pretty high, would it be beneficial for me to wait until I'm closer to book the hotels, or the earlier the better? I'm willing to stay anywhere on the island that is considered a safe neighborhood, and I'm flying in and out of LGA. I'd also be willing to stay in Long Island City with the addition of some great new hotels in this area, I wouldn't rule it out.
  12. Tried Pricelining it but even bidding up to $89 a night I wasn't able to win anything. This hotel I have to pay for parking, like many hotels in LA, but I'm near the airport and in the middle of everything which makes it easy to get around, so I'm happy. The best part is up until a few months ago, the hotel was considered a 3.5 property, so I feel like I got a steal. Here is the ammenity list that was associated with it. 3-star Hotel in LA Intl Airport LAX This Hotel features the following amenities: Fitness Center Guests have access to exercise equipment; an additional charge may apply. Pool(s) Property offers at least one pool area; hours and dates of operation may be seasonal. Restaurant(s) Property offers at least one restaurant on the premises; hours and days of operation may vary. Business Center Guests have access to business equipment and services; an additional charge may apply. Laundry Facilities (self-service) <amenity names only please... not descriptions> High-Speed Internet Access Guestrooms are equipped with high-speed Internet access; an extra charge may apply. 13. I'm slowly becoming the discoverer of new properties for your lists LOL This one is very highly rated on Trip Advisor as well, so I got a good one :D Here is the ammenity list for this property. Resort Oceanfront Property Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Free Parking Free Internet Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Accessible bathroom
  14. Started at $35, then added Casselberry at $40, then added Winter Park at $42, then added Kissimmee at $45 and won. I've stayed at the one in front of Universal before and they are AWESOME hotels, especially with the huge 42" big screen TV in the room :) SUPER Happy.
  15. Won this for $68 a night, most I ever paid for a hotel in Orlando, I guess thats because of All Star weekend. Also this property is no longer a Radisson property and is independent now it seems.
  16. The Priceline hotel list doesn't list a seperate area for the West Disney area even though on Priceline it says it contains 3* hotels. Does that mean no one has reported a win in the area, or its just those hotels are merged in together with the other ones. Please advise because I like 3* or better hotels and I'm not having any lucky with them for next weekend.
  17. Stay was good, just make sure to ask for a hotel in the main building closer to the pool. $70 was my bid, total for 2 nights was $160 with taxes included.
