The advance purchase price on their homepage is $192, so getting it for less than half seems like a good thing. :) Perfect location for me; I wanted to stay around Sundance Square, so all the 3.5* in that zone would have been okay. I started at $44 and re-bid until I got accepted at $56. In total, I paid $137 for two nights. Plus they charge $21/night for parking. There is a 4* downtown hotel at Express Deal and at Hotwire for $64 and $62 for my dates. I was sure that was the Sheraton, so I managed to save a bit more. It's right south of I-85 (exit 6) but it's a bit hidden behind a sushi restaurant (that is actually quite good). Including taxes I paid $62.97.

They charge $26 for self parking a day. Parking is in the same building. Very good hotel, awesome location. Had a great stay. I was also quite happy about the price as it was over a weekend with a Saints home game.
