This is my first time trying Priceline and I carefully read all the posts before linking thru and doing this. I wanted the Omni Resort at Championsgate or Hyatt Resort at Cypress. I started at $62 because a recent winner last night got the Hyatt for $62. Said no, went to $65, then $68, then $70 and instead of either one, I got the Gaylord Palms Resort. Unfortunately, I just looked at their website and their kids pool is closed for renovation. The reason I wanted the other two resorts is that they have cool kids pools and I have 2 9 yr olds celebrating a birthday! Is there any way I can get out of this reservation? Please help! Now I have been on the phone with Priceline customer service for over 15 minutes and they won't do anything about canceling my reservation and rebooking me somewhere else. How did you get out of your reservation over a non-smoking room being unavailable? These people will not cancel my reservation over this issue. So my first experience with Priceline really STINKS!
