I rebid for $55 and was rejected, then I rebid again for $60 and received the Stamford Sheraton. And I'm not entirely sure but I believe this is the old Holidy Inn Select Stamford. On your Hotwire list it is still listed as the Holidy Inn Select.

Went up to $53 and rejected again. Should I wait til closer to the date to bid again? I want to get the lowest possible rate and I don't mind waiting til closer to the date to book. Hotwire has hotels listed in the area for between $60 and $70 I could always fall back on.

I rebid for $50 today and I was denied again. I noticed others got rooms for $40 in the area, so my question is should I wait until the dates are closer and bid again, or should I just keep upping my bid?

I'm looking to book a room for 9/16-9/18 in the Stamford area. I have been bidding and would like it if someone could give me re-bidding advice. My 1st bid was $35, and it was rejected. My next bid of $40 was rejected, and then I added the Norwalk zone for $45 and it was also rejected. What are some other rebidding options I could try. I would like to stay at one of the 3.5* hotels near the train station in Stamford. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
