I ended up going with another hotel through HOTWIRE (used the BB link). 2.5* DC (South of the Mall) Capitol Hills Suites Suites, Complimentary Breakfast, Laundry, Internet I chose it for the location, free breakfast and wi-fi and great reviews at tripadvisor. BB forum helped with correct ID. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping it would be either Sheraton Suites or Crown Plaza. The Hilton Mark is too far from old town so I won't risk it.
