Started bidding at $42.00, Priceline returned with the "increase bid by $10" page suggesting $52. Increased bid to $45 and added the downtown area and bid was accepted. Note that the hotel was not listed on the Priceline Hotel List for this area.

Just an extra little FYI for anyone looking for reviews of this property: This hotel is also known as Wingate by Wyndham Airport South/I-77 @ Tyvola on TripAdvisor if anyone is looking for reviews. Reviews look generally good. 4/5 with 38 reviews and only one person scored in the Poor or Terrible category. Looks like it should be a decent stay.

Great deal on Hyatt Place. This is my favorite hotel chain frequently found on Priceline and Hotwire. Clean, recently renovated, although the complimentary continental breakfast is a little stingy compared to what you'd find at a Hampton Inn or similar, because Hyatt wants to sell you the upgraded hot options for a few extra dollars instead. Can't complain for $57.00 including tax and hotwire fees. Note, the distinguishing amenity between this hotel and the 3* LaQuinta in the same zone on Hotwire is guest laundry. LaQuinta shows guest laundry, Hyatt Place does not! Also look for the 95% guest satisfaction score on Hotwire listing for this zone for the Hyatt Place.

This seems to be one of the better consistent Priceline deals in Orlando right now. Decently clean/new for $30/night with free parking and a free airport shuttle. First bid of $30/night accepted. 2nd time I've stayed at this property for $30/night.

Started bidding at $30 for the Airport zone 2.5* and won on the first bid. I have always had good experiences with Country Inn & Suites, so I hope this is no different.

I noticed that the price dropped on Priceline today from $89 to $80 for the Hyatt Place in Independence, OH, so I thought I would start my bidding at half that, figuring that they must still have a lot of rooms to fill. First bid of $40 was accepted for the 3* and 3.5* ratings in Independence. Looking forward to it as I always have good luck with Hyatt Place hotels.
