Got rejected for downtown at same price. The hotel was nice and staff friendly, but there is some road noise on the 7th floor.

Used a two-zone for Mid-city and Mall of Louisiana. Rejected for 3 1/2 star@$60, got it at 3-star for $54.

Bungy, Read this info on rebids: Priceline Re-Bidding Explained Also, have a look at recent London bids in the forum to get an idea of the best starting prices. You'll have 5 or six rebid zones in London. They allow you to rebid the same area by including another area that doesn't have any five stars available. For example, you get rejected at $165 for a 5* in Mayfair. Next time, bid $170 and select Mayfair and Wembley, because Wembley doesn't have any 5* available. You get the rebid without waiting 24 hours that way.

London Hilton on Park Lane, $210 per night for the weekend. Began bidding at $165 using re-bid zones, + Mayfair-Soho and Notting Hill as actual 5* locations. Getting closer to crunch time, I received a counter offer of $232 after a $190 bid. Obviously, I didn't take it. In separate tabs, kept trying different re-bid zone combos until the bid was accepted. Thanks Better Bidding for all the advice.
