The follow up: actually the hotel is not bad. when we arrived, we were told that they upgrade us to the room with king bed, since we have kids, so they quickly changed us to a 2 double beds room. The hotel is clean and location is very good. Kids complained a little that there is no pool - but we got to walk along the canal a couple of hours instead of spending that time in a pool :-) The service is very good, but valet parking is a little slow.

Starting the bid at $75, rejected, got offer at $90, declined. re-bid at $80 - rejected re-bid at $85 - accepted Tried to add one extra day (8/4 - 8/5) with the same rate, rejected. 1st bit at $75, got counter offer $87, rejected, added one zone and re-bid at $80, accected by Arc the Hotel. A little disappointed, was hoping to get Marriott since we have kids. Will see how it goes ... I used PRICELINE link from this board.
