My husband ended up booking this, and it was the Chaparral Suites -Scottsdale, soon to be Embassy Suites by Hilton. You can close this thread thanks for your help but no assistance is needed.

I am responding to this thread at your request. We ended up not traveling to CA during this time, so no hotel was needed.

Please help to identify 4-star Downtown LA. This matches The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites, however when I go to their web-site to view the property and to see other charges that may apply (ie...parking) it's says there are no rooms available. Amenities: Smoke Free, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access If I book this room thru hotwire and it is the Westin, will there be a room for me??? This is for July 30-31, 2011 Thanks for you help!

These are the amenities before the purchase, also according to my hotwire account: Amenities Resort, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby Before my purchase, I was expecting the Millinium based on the amenities but when the Orange Tree came up I was surprised. Although it was a little more west of Scottsdale Road, I was very happy with the Orange Tree and I am really glad that this is the hotel that we got (our first time here). I requested late check out because I didn't want to leave :) I hope others find this small review helpful.
