or can I bid with this strategy? Start from 16 for economy on day 1. If unsuccessful, bid 16 for compact on day 1. If unsuccessful, bid 18 for economy on day one 1 again....does this work?

I will be staying there from aug 29 to sept 1st and my preferred car size is compact and above :) Hopefully i can get below $20 a day

Hi I am trying to bid a car in las vegas. But I just want to make sure...is it always going to be neither avis, alamo, hertz, national, or budget? I created this post because I really do not want Advantage since I have seen tons of terrible reviews.

I would suggest if you want a really good hotel ...bid the strip north zone because that is where all the best 5 star hotels are. You can check the list of hotel by going to the Priceline Hotel List What is your budget by the way if you don't mind me asking?

thanks for the advice, but actually plan changes in my case. I will be traveling a day earlier. So when I change my date, the bid zone boxes are still CHECKED???? so how do I uncheck them to begin my new search so that I can use my rebidding strategy?

if i change the date then can i use the rebidding strategy? or else i'll just wait for 48hrs then...

I bid it 24hours after I used all my 11zones rebid. i remembered I bid at 5:30pm yesterday, yet now it's 10:34pm of the following day and I still cannot bid.... seriously.....am I having bad luck or I am doing something wrong....?

hay romelle really thank you for much for your help buddy. I think i'll give it a try on the north starting from 110 to 125 tomorrow. If I still cannot get it, then I will bid for 80 to 100 for south strip since I think Vdara has better looking rooms than Trump. Can I have your opinion please?

i actually change my date to move a date forward for my vacation. So now I am traveling from aug29 to sept1. and my bid went from 85 to 110 and get didnt get accepted...sigh

i will be keep on bidding for strip north for another 3 days or so. then i'll just give up and stick to strip south. and most likely i'll get vdara in which im expecting

I actually used up all my 11 free bids to get a strip north. ranging from 85 to 105. I guess I need to wait till tomorrow for a bid? Then I will try a $120 bid once since that's my maximum and if that doesn't go well... I will go for strip south starting at $85 again.

I checked hot wire already. With their amenities that they proposed, i think 90 percent is going to be trump international...which I prefer palazzo, vdara, wynn, or venetien. but then again Thanks for the advice

And how come the median retail price went from 153 to 179 in just 2 hours? does that mean I should make a higher bid now?

Hi everyone, I am a newbie to this forum. Yet I did a lot of researches about how rebidding works already, but I still have a question regarding the pricing. So I see people go for $85 bid and get accepted for a strip south 5*, then if I place a $120 bid, then I should be able to get accepted on the first bid right? But how come I still see members get rejected? For example: a member placed a bid for $140. gets rejected and using rebidding by adding more non-5 star zone. and gets rejected for 3-4 times more before getting accepted at $140 again. And someone can just try once to bid at $85 and get accepted. This makes me confused a little bit... Please help me out so I can bid tomorrow. Thanks
