I just won a bid for the 4* Intercontinental The Barclay at MTE. Do you think this is too expensive for July 16, 2005? Your Offer Price: $145 Taxes and Service Fees: $32 Total Charges: $177 Why is it that I tried booking for a 3* for $130 and didn't get it, but got a 4* for $145? I am confused.

I've tried 3 biddings for this... My first bid was: 4* (Napa) - $50 3* (Napa) - $55 3* (Napa, Fairfield) - $60 NO LUCK My second bid was: 4* (Napa) - $60 3* (Napa) - $65 3* (Napa, Fairfield) - $70 NO LUCK My third bid was: 4* (Napa) - $80 4* (Napa, Fairfield) - $90 3* (Napa, Fairfield) - $100 - THIS IS WHERE I MADE THE MISTAKE. I LOWERED THE STAR AND INCREASED THE PRICE. :) I guess the moral of the story was - BE PATIENT...i was becoming impatient by the third bidding... Really really bummed about this...:)

How much should I bid for a 3* in MTE & MTW? I tried bidding for 5* and 4* in MTE & MTW for $120 and no luck...I'm looking at 7/16 - 7/18...My budget for hotels is $120...

I just won a bid for $100/nite + $20.47 taxes for a 3* in Napa - River Terrace Inn. I'm a little bit upset as this price seems high for the kind of hotel. What do you think? :)

Need help in bidding for a 4* for 7/11...my budget with taxes, definitely is below $100...was hoping to get $83 incl. taxes...how likely is that? Anybody ever had any success bidding for about $60ish for a 4* las vegas strip???? Thanks much!

How much should i bid for 4* las vegas strip from 7/10 - 7/12? I tried 5* up to $100, but couldn't get it...:) Another thing, how old is the NYNY hotel??? Is it a nice hotel???? Thanks much!

How far is Santa Rosa - Rohnert Park - Petaluma from downtown Napa (i.e. how long of a drive)? It seems that more people stay in that area than in napa...

I am only bidding for napa...and was hoping to stay in napa area...
