since I was rejected upto 80 in downtown and captiol hill, so i have a lot of bids to waste. my highest rejected bid is 78 from down town captiol hill dupont circle to george town. I would rather have a hotel in downtown if it is for $5~10 more a night. But I am happy about what i have now. The price is high in this time of year, maybe because of the spring break.

got rejected at $42, rebid at $45,accepted. The clerk was very nice changed my room to double queen in just one min.

I got a king size non smoking. And I want to switch to Double Queen. I will try tomorrow. and the day after tomorrow... till they switch for me. Thanks for all the information. I believe $35 might be the lowest price for 3* airport. Coz i tried $32, $33, $34 (adding different area) got rejected.

Did anyone try to request a room change in Doubletree? Just called, the CSR asked me to call priceline first, then i told her that priceline told me to contact them. Then she told me to check avaiblity when I check in. Called red lion inn and best western inn earlier today, the CSRs were very friendly and changed room immediately.

Just checked only Red Lion is listed as 3* from priceline. Expedia offer $139, while Hotwire offer $93 Since I still have enough time, I don't want to bid too high, where should I start to bid? Thanks!
