Hello, just need a little help identifying this unreported listing in Miami. Zone: Brickell - Financial District 4* 1/28 - 1/30 $173 Amenity List: Free Internet Smoke-free rooms Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business center Internet access No reviews, no trip advisor score Admittedly this is not a lot to go on. I'm leaning towards one of the new retail listings: East, Atton or Nuovo. Nuovo seems least likely as I believe that it would be listing as a condo or all-suites type property. Any ideas?

Interestingly enough, I did not have to pay the resort fee. I guess it was built into the Priceline fees. But seems like I remember having to pay this in past Priceline/Hotwire stays.

Used BiddingHelper.com as always to book this nice deal in Asheville. Asheville is one of the nation's most inexplicably overpriced hotel markets. It's a nice place to visit and all, but really? Made backup reservations at the Grove Park several months ago at $360. Many hotels in the downtown area were already sold out and even questionable 3* hotels like the Four Points were asking for $300+. Prices started to come down a couple of weeks ago, I guess as cancellations started coming in and anticipated demand didn't materialize. Made new backup reservations at the Renaissance for $258. Decided to check again today and found 4* deals on HOTWIRE and PRICELINE EXPRESS from $189-$210. So decided to try my luck at NYOP. Bid $179 just prior to winning, so I got the exact dollar lowest winning bid. Also, please note that the Grove Park is now in the Asheville North zone.

This would not have been my first choice - nor second through tenth - but c'est la vie. Pleased to be the first to report this property and the first to report any Priceline listing in Basel. Used Bididng.Helper as always to book this deal. Retail rates were $168, so a decent savings there. Amenity List: Pet Friendly Non-Smoking Restaurant This is all that is showing on my current reservation. There is a similar listing now that also includes Free Internet, but I don't remember if that was on the list when I purchased or not. It does seem like there were more than 3 options when I booked though. There was no specific pet policy listed even though there was a Pet Friendly amenity. There were several other rooms types listed including ones with a King Bed, a Superior room, and a suite or two. None of those are showing now, so I can't give a specific list.

I correctly predicted this one and was thrilled when I got it as this is one of my go-to properties in Basel (other being the Swissotel.) I dipped my toes in the water though by booking first for one room for one night. Once I got confirmation on that one, I quickly made the rest of the bookings. Won this good deal in NYC for this weekend. This was a case where it paid to wait. Even opaque bidding prices had been quite high for a while, but tumbled down recently. Backup bid was at the Westin for $219, though this was made several weeks ago and retails prices had fallen to about $190. So a good amount saved there. W Hotel - The Foshay is now a 4.5* Priceline hotel. Was a little disappointed honestly because I thought I'd get the Radisson Blu, which was my preferred choice. But this is still a good property and a good deal. Retail prices are $127 non-refundable / $154 refundable. And this was the exact dollar lowest possible winning bid as I bid $95 just before winning at $96.
