I stayed at the 4.5* Red Rock last March through a hotwire bid. The resort fee was added to the bill at checkout, I tried to have it waived without success. For what it's worth I split my stay between Bellagio (lake view) and Red Rock and found the rooms at Red Rock to be more impressive. The Red Rock is a great stay at the right price although I don't care for the resort fee deception. The rate at Wynn with no resort fee seems like a better choice.

Attempted bids for 3 night stay 07/12-07/15. $75 & $80 rejected. First bid of $68 for Fri/Sat 07/13-07/15 was accepted. Then attempted 07/12 only. Bids of $99 & $104 rejected. I was then able to obtain same Hyatt 07/12 for $109 using hotwire.
Started bid at $35 counter-offer for $9 more received. Rebid in $2 increments and $41 accepted at Hilton Northbrook. I've bid this zone in the past and got Radisson next door. Pleasantly surprised to get Hilton.
First attempted 3* Schaumburg $45,$47,$49 & $51 all rejected using rebid areas. Logged out and $45 accepted at Doubltree Chicago Oakbrook on first try for 3* Oakbrook
After posting the question I saw that you can check the hotel/car package for the same dates and get an idea of the hotels available. It looks like it's probably La Quinta. Thanks for the help, great website!
