Priceline offered a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for $88/night. Started my bid at $75. Was initially rejected and offered a "one-time" chance to resubmit the same bid at $14 more. Declined the offer and added a re-bid zone at $78. This was accepted by the Wynn. I am VERY happy with this deal, especially considering it's a weekend stay during the NFL playoffs.

Started at $97 for 4* in Copley/BackBay area (which is the area I was shooting for). Added re-bid zones in $5 increments with no luck. Then I added Quincy/Faneuil area and was accepted on the first try at $122. Very happy with the result, although I probably could have gotten it a little bit cheaper.

Bid was accepted at $130/nt. I am happy with this result, although I probably could have been more aggressive. I tried 4* in all the popular mid-town areas first, with suggested re-bid zones, all the way up to $170 with no luck. Then I added downtown (I really don't mind staying downtown) and lowered my bid to $130. Accepted. I can't help but think I could have done better. Although I did try Downtown at $120 a few days ago, with no luck. All in all...this looks like a nice new hotel, in a slightly inconvenient location; but for $130/nt in Manhattan...I can't complain.
