Won the Holiday Inn on Wolf Road 3* for 65 when bidding for a 2.5 *... They called it a free upgrade to 3star. The tower rooms are nice, the other rooms, not so much.
tried over multiple days to get a 2.5 or 3 star as listed here recently for between 46->59, but they all failed for this time period. Finally got 60. This hotel isnt in the hotel list yet.
