  1. $61 + tax&fees = $83 On regular PL site = $88+tax&fees New to add to the list Amenities: Pool, Complimentary continental breakfast, Fitness Center, Airport Shuttle (Free) used the link
  2. Post stay review: the entrance to the hotel was a little hidden; the rooms were ok, but stained chairs and carpets showed their age; for the price, it fit our needs of just a couple beds and a bathroom to lay our heads for a few hours while traveling.
  3. Used the BB HOTWIRE link. City Zone was not listed on the BB list. Amenities Include: Free parking Free breakfast Free Internet Indoor pool(s) Fitness center Pool(s) Business center Self-service laundry Internet access Accessibility Wheelchair accessible
  4. Amenities listed prior to sale were: Free breakfast, Self-service laundry, Pool(s), In-room accessibility Used the HOTWIRE link. Wasn't listed in the Hotel Lists.
  5. Based on the Hot.wire and PRICELINE EXPRESS deals that have been available the last few days at 3.5* for around $130, I started at $100 and used my re-bid zones until I reached $120.  PL offered me free re-bids at $176 a couple times, and then $137.  Used the links.  Total cost for 4 nights including taxes, etc. = $576.  Happy bidding.
  6. OK, thanks. Complete List of amenities: Free Internet Pet friendly Boutique hotel Smoke-free rooms Fitness center Restaurant(s) Business center Internet access Wheelchair accessible
  7. Kept an eye out for 4* offers for a few days on HOTWIRE and PRICELINE EXPRESS, and had bid on PL up to $165. Suddenly this one popped up on HOTWIRE for the dates I needed, and I pulled the trigger. Had Free Internet, Business Center, Fitness Center, and Boutique. Used the BB Hot.wire link to buy it. $106/nt + tax was $265 for 2 nights.
  8. Looks like a new PRICELINE EXPRESS deal option in Brooklyn. A buddy of mine just booked this deal after I told him about betterbidding.com . He needed a hotel quickly, and got a good deal. Sadly he didn't use the link, but I'll get him to next time.
  9. Used the PRICELINE link. Tried for two days to get a 3* in North or South Scranton using the rebid zones to go up to $100/night with no success. Had to go down to a 2.5 star with only 1 re-bid zone and got the Ramada (Clarks Summit) at $60/night. The reviews are not glowing, but I'll keep an open mind for the one night I'll be there.
  10. I used the PRICELINE link, and started the bidding at $70 for 4* 5/6-5/8. PL offered to try again instantly if I offered $83, so I knew I was close. I used re-bid zones (Inner-Harbor is the only zone with 4* out of the 10 Baltimore zones) and was successful at $75/night + tax etc. Hotwire had a 4* for $121/night, PL's Express Deal for 4* was $134/night, and the Renaissance Harborplace regular listed price on PL was $259/night.
  11. Started at $130 for a 4* in Copley Square, and used rebid zones in $10 increments until $200. PL offered a win if I increased bid to $258. Rebid $220, and then won at $230. Used the PRICELINE link each time. Thanks.
