  1. Yes I did and it was Live Aqua. Thanks for the help.
  2. Thanks, I've done that. The cancun hotel is listed as 4.5 stars.
  3. Sorry, to clarify - it was through PRICELINE and it was the Holiday Inn Express on Water Street.
  4. I ended up getting a Holiday Inn in the financial district for around $180. More than I wanted to pay but worked out well in the end.
  5. If anyone can help me with identifying this hotel I'd really appreciate it: North Hotel Zone area all-inclusive hotel, dates July 17-19th, $238.00/night. Fitness Center Pool(s) Property offers at least one pool area; hours and dates of operation may be seasonal. Restaurant(s) Business Center Laundry Facilities (self-service) High-Speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby Spa Services All-Inclusive All meals and beverages are typically included in the up-front price. Many all-inclusive resorts also include all taxes and gratuities in the price And I'm a bit confused about what it means when it says a resort fee may be charged - does anyone know what this means? Thanks for any help you can give!
  6. Yes I saw that but was really reluctant to pay that much - and now its gone. Bother, shouldn't have waited around!
  7. Thanks for your reply. The top bid I've tried was $150 at 3* and I've tried with all zones in the Manhattan area. I started around $120 and worked my way up adding a zone each time and increasing the price in increments. I tried that strategy over a couple of days but its hasn't worked yet.
  8. Hi I'm looking for two hotel rooms (for two couples), 3 star, duing this period ideally not more than $140 per room/night, pretty much anywhere in Manhattan. I've tried bidding lots over the last few days but with no luck - can anyone give any advice on whether I should wait and keep trying or is my price unrealistic for this time? I'm considering dropping to 2* star but not sure if this is a good idea. Thanks!
