I ended up booking the 2* Travelodge Downtown for $127. Little more expensive but it will be right next to Lollapalooza! :) And of course, I went to HOTWIRE via this site. Thank you all for the help. I've already recomended the site to four other people.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunally, We will never know the true hotel because the $111/$113 listing on Hotwire is false advertising. If you go to book, the site says the hotel is not available even though it keeps popping up when searching.
