  1. Using your PRICELINE link, I first bid $60/night in FQ. The suggestion came back to bid $75, but instead I tried $65 and added downtown. I've won this same hotel at a similar price before. VERY happy with the location and hotel.
  2. Amenities See description Indoor pool(s)Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Pool(s)Restaurant(s)Business Center Laundry Facilities (self-service)High-Speed Internet Access Free Internet
  3. The star rating though me off as PRICELINE only had the Red Lion at 3.5. I made the mistake of not checking the 3.5s for Hotwire and wound up far from the action. Amenities weren't important to me but I will try to find them.
  4. Tried Hotwire after getting shut out for $125 priceline. Took the $139 Hotwire offer but wound up with Silver Cloud Hotel up on Broadway. Tough bidding up in the Northwest. After tax, fees and trip insurance, 3 nights = $525.24
  5. I have time so not sure what the rebid zones will do for me. I assume that most other areas have no 4* hotels? Too many zones for me to research so perhaps someone could give a list. Also does it include 3.5*?
  6. Rejected for $96 3* Pike, then added Space for $66. No dice. I'm probably just another notch away. Will try again tomorrow or monday.
  7. Won't be spending much time in the room so as long as there's good AC, and hot water, 3* is fine. Would go to $70 for that, or $100 for 4*
  8. Yes there is a game but in most cities that's not enough to drive the prices up much. I will make a couple more tries for Space Needle before I settle for that 3.5* on Hotwire. $61 just rejected for 3* Space/Pike.
  9. Went up to $91 for Pike's Place. Then tried $56 for Space Needle. No good even though $51 was accpeted for a similar date. Wonder if there's anything major going on. How can I find out?
  10. Hi there. I am already well beyond the amount that has been accepted for other dates. Looking for 3* or better. Is there an event asside from the Seahawks game causing higher prices, or am I starting too soon? Thanks, and yes I am using your link.
  11. Started at $85 for DT and FQ, added Conv Ctr and $87, finally added Garden Dist and $91. Won Hyatt Regency NO. I've stayed at the old Hyatt and I understand this one has been remodelled. Not at all thrilled with the location, even though I'm in town for an event at the Dome. After taxes and fees comes to $326.70. I will have to remember this location is a 4-star on my next trip. Used your PRICELINE link. ;)
  12. teriaki, I'm baffled as to what's going on all of a sudden. Last year for the same weekend I got the Marriott NO for that price. I was just waiting for my buddies to book their air and now that they finally did, the room rates are off the charts. Anyone have any clues as to what's the big change? I've even tried the Conv Ctr. This is nuts!
  13. After missing monday at $60, even after adding 3.5* and CBD, I bid $70 for DT only and was accepted today. Used your PRICELINE link. Thanks BB.
