Borderline 3*......closer to 2 or 2.5. Older 2 story hotel that has a 4* lobby. Shower continually went from ice cold to scalding hot. Carpet in room along with the recliner wasn't as clean as I would expect. Cheap furniture. Decent HDTV. Great bonus is it offers free wi-fi.

Just stayed at the Park Inn in Houston south of IAH......borderline 3*. My opinion it should be 2 or 2.5*. Hoping for a little better in Dallas.

Stayed at Hyatt Place in San Antonio as well. Mini fridge and sink, split sitting and bed area, and free wi-fi. All with a contemporary decor......thumbs up!
