  1. Tried two zone.. LAX and Downtown LA First $80 at Downtown LA four stars.. didn't take Then $85 for Downtown LA and LAX area. Won Renaissance ... which is about a 15% saving from the normal price of $99/night at their website. At least this will pay for some of the ridiculous parking fees of $25/night. Hopefully street parking is available.
  2. 1st bid... Waikki Beach $119 did not accept 2nd bid... added NorthShore (since TurtleBay is $200+, for sure i'm not getting it) bid again at $130 accepted at Marriott Used your PRICELINE link. Thank you!
  3. Bid $105 with North strip - not accepted Bid $110 with South strip - not accepted bid $115 with North Strip Condo - Accepted I think if you want to stay at the Trump Tower, you can probably get it accepted at $105 if North Strip Condo was selected first anyway... EDC BABYE! urggh...sorry forgot the price in topic title
  4. Hi.. I was going through the priceline winning post to figure out a good amount to bid. While the information is helpful, I was thinking if we can also add something like (WE = Weekend, WD = Weekday) rate to the topic. Generally hotel rate differ so much from the normal weekday rate in comparison to the weekend rate. I don't know if this was ever brought up, but it would help when other people are looking for an average bidding price. For example: 5* Las Vegas (Strip South) Vdara $75 ... 6/21/11-6/23/11 WD This way I know not to bid so low when searching for a weekend reservation. Of course I can still look at your priceline/hotwire calendar, but this might help in general when looking through the forum.
  5. Booking 5 rooms total for 3 nights 1st bid: 3.5* $65 failed 2nd bid 3* $75 failed Restarted a different bid 1st bid: 3.5* $85 failed 2nd bid: 3* $90 accepted Your Offer Price Per Room, Per Night: $90.00 Subtotal: $1,350.00 Taxes & Fees: $215.10 Total Charges*: $1,565.10 This is my first time bidding on Priceline. What do you guys think? High or decent? Again..this is for June, so don't know if it is affected by summer pricing.
