I have been trying for several weeks to obtain the $95 nightly rate. But this is a week with a holiday so I settled with the "bird in the hand" approach.

Thats correct.Copely zone. Perhaps I should have bid lower seeing that they excepted it on first attempt. I was under the impression that Boston's summer inventory most always came at a premium so that was the basis for a higher start bid.
