Am heading down for Jazz Fest and have pricelined hotels the day before or day of in years past and gotten great deals, and this year was no exception. Did it a few days before the second weekend of Jazz Fest and ended up at the big Marriott on Canal for only $100 a night when they are asking $289 a night on their website. Great deal!

so what gives? another winner for about $100 at the key west hyatt. and i've been denied up to $135. has anyone ever won this hotel at this deal on the weekends? b/c i'm batting zero.

so what's the deal? I see that all these people are winning the hyatt key west resort for around $100, and i've read enough on this site to know the tactics to try, but i've been denied at everything from $90 to $135. What gives? My travel dates are for the weekend of Sept 17-Sept 19. Is this b/c everyone else is winning this awesome hotel for cheap during the week? Has anyone ever won on the weekends?
