Hello, I'm new to this site and was hoping someone could offer some help (hopefully rather quickly) :) I am trying to book a hotel in the San Fernando Valley area, specifically in Universal City. I was hoping to get the Holiday Inn Universal City. I noticed someone else had recently won their bid at this same hotel, but when I put in the same requirements (Studio City district) there are no 3* hotels available. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I want to stay at this same hotel (Holiday Inn Universal), but when I bid in the Studio City zone the highest hotel rating is a 2.5*. Are you sure you bid in the Studio City zone and not the Burbank/Universal City/Glendale zone?
